Our amazing club is as much about having fun and being social as it is as it is about leading active healthy lifestyles

i am new to the sport

where do I begin? is everyone super fit and i won’t be able to keep up?

If this sounds like you, we have all been there. A bit nervous to join a club where you may know a few people or you don’t know anyone. That is ok, because the majority of our club members are in it for a few basic reasons:

  • We want to exercise and train with people from Muskoka in an environment that is meant to be as much fun and social as it is about challenging yourself and getting physically active

  • We want to do this in a sport where really, being the “best” at any of the three sports is no more advantageous than being “good” at all three

  • We want to be a part of a club that is encouraging regardless of what level you are at, or what skills (if any) you come to the club with. Remember. Everyone starts somewhere, and if that means that you are a complete beginner, you have the most to gain and the most to celebrate when you achieve your accomplishments.

not so new to the sport

if you already have experience, and are looking for like minded people to train and socialize with. You have come to the right spot.

For experienced triathletes, you will find that our club offers you the challenges and motivation you need through

  • Professionally coached workouts with a national level triathlon coach with over 15 years of experience.

  • A workout schedule that is designed to maximize your efforts during workouts, as well as the needed recovery between sessions.

  • Opportunities to be social with like-minded individuals, find people to go for those long runs or rides

  • Collaboration with local businesses for extra training opportunities, and other perks along the way.

don't just take our word for it. Read some of the testimonials that our club members have written for you.
