i am new to the sport

where do I begin? is everyone super fast and i won’t be able to keep up?

If this sounds like you, we have all been there. A bit nervous to join a club where you may not know anyone. The majority of our club members are in it for a few basic reasons:

  • We want to exercise and train in an environment that is meant to be as much about being fun and social as it is about challenging yourself and getting active

  • We are excited about a sport where being the “best” at any of the three sports is no more advantageous than being “good” at all three

  • We want to be a part of a club that is encouraging regardless of what level you are at, or what skills (if any) you have. Remember, everyone starts somewhere, and as a beginner, you have the most to gain!

For experienced triathletes, you will find that our club offers you the challenges and motivation you need with:

  • Professionally coached workouts with a national level triathlon coach with over 15 years of experience.

  • A workout schedule that is designed to maximize your efforts and recovery between sessions.

  • Opportunities to be social with like-minded individuals, and find people to go for those long runs or rides
